Our process includes placing a mixture of high-quality aggregates, cement, iron oxides and pigment into handcrafted molds to replicate the look of real stone from unique geographic regions, reproducing undercuts, subtle textures, and natural hues.

dfl-stones 제조 석재 베니어는 모든 프로필과 팔레트의 각 석재가 숙련된 석공의 전문 지식에서 시작되기 때문에 독특합니다. 자연석은 진정한 전문 석공이 선택하고 조각하며, 사실적인 수공예 마스터 몰드를 만드는 데 사용됩니다. 컴퓨터 모델링이나 CAD 이미징이 아닌 실제 채석석 몰딩을 통해 실제 석재의 깊이, 특성, 질감 및 뉘앙스를 모두 갖춘 거의 완벽한 복제품이 탄생합니다. 가장자리, 모서리, 양각 및 면을 전문적으로 손으로 깎아서 아주 작은 세부 사항도 정확하도록 보장합니다.

dfl-stones 석재는 일반적인 제조 석재 베니어 또는 패널 제품이 아닙니다. 각각의 돌은 두 개가 완전히 똑같지 않도록 제작되었습니다. 각 석재에는 평평한 뒷면이 있어 설치가 쉽고 작업 현장에서 절단 작업이 줄어듭니다.
