Stone cladding is also known as stacked stone or stone veneer. It can be made from actual stone or artificial, so-called engineered stone. Dette er den vanlige metoden for store installasjoner. I et underskåret ankersystem borer installatørene hull i baksiden av steinen, setter inn en bolt og fester kledningen horisontalt. Dette er en god metode for soffits og tykkere paneler.

Kerf metode

I denne metoden skjærer installatører spor i toppen og bunnen av steinen. Steinen sitter på en lås nederst på kledningspanelet med en andre lås øverst. Dette er en rask og enkel monteringsmetode som er utmerket for mindre installasjoner og tynnere paneler.
